Gent City – an example of how to build a successful team with loyal football friends!

Dear football fans,

We are delighted to introduce the team “Gent City” – an ambitious club competing for the top places in the Belgian futsal league. Founded in 2023 by chairman Milen Metodiev, “Gent City” brings together young, talented players who share one common goal: winning matches and taking the team to new heights.

In only their second season, they have already achieved impressive results. Last year they were crowned champions of the amateur futsal league in Ghent and won the international 7-a-side tournament – the BgCup in Cologne, Germany.

This year “Gent City” is taking part in the official Belgian futsal championship under the Royal Belgian Football Association (RBFA) for the first time. They play in the third provincial division and remain unbeaten, apart from a forfeit defeat imposed while they were leading 13-0.

With a clear mission and a big dose of enthusiasm, “Gent City” not only inspires its fans but also shows how far you can go with commitment and loyal football friends. We are eagerly looking forward to the future successes of these talented players in the official championship!
