We only collect data you give us yourself and the minimum our systems need to work. Specifically:

• Contact and trial requests — when you use the contact form we receive your first and last name, email address, phone number (optional) and your message. We use this solely to answer you and to handle membership or trial requests.
• Shop orders — when you order from our shop we process your name, email address, phone number (optional) and the details of your order so we can process, confirm and deliver it and keep our accounts.
• Payments — online payments are handled by our payment provider Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe’s secure environment; we never see or store your full card number.
• Technical data — like every website, our servers keep short-lived technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure and running.

We do not carry out advertising tracking, profiling or automated decision-making, and we never sell your data.

We rely on the following legal bases under Article 6 of the GDPR:

• Your consent, which you give by sending us a message or placing an order;
• The performance of a contract, when you buy something from our shop;
• Our legitimate interest in running the club, answering enquiries and keeping the website secure;
• A legal obligation, for example to keep accounting records.

We do not sell or rent your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the website and the club, and who process it on our instructions under a data processing agreement:

• Vercel — website hosting;
• Supabase — database, hosted in the European Union;
• Stripe — secure payment processing;
• Resend — sending transactional emails (such as order confirmations).

We may also disclose data where the law requires us to.

Your data is stored and processed within the European Economic Area wherever possible. Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, that transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

We keep your data no longer than necessary for the purposes above:

• Contact and trial requests: up to 12 months after our last contact, unless you become a member;
• Orders and invoices: for the period required by Belgian accounting law (currently 7 years);
• Technical server logs: a short period for security purposes.

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• have inaccurate data corrected;
• have your data erased;
• restrict or object to processing;
• receive your data in a portable format;
• withdraw your consent at any time.
